TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION

The oxygen control system of Capraro Impianti srl is a central unit that:

• Acquires data on oxygen,
  
• Analyzes the acquired data,
  
• Controls the oxygenators,
  
• Starts alarms (Visual, Sound, by Telephone).
  

The whole system is contained in a resin panel, with double clear door, suitable for outdoor use (IP 54).

The panel includes:

• Back lighted LCD,
  
• Plastic-sheet keyboard with numbers and letters,
  
• PLC (Programmable Logic Control) with integrated software,
  
• Electrical commands for the actuators (Pumps,Oxygenators)
  

The panel includes a stainless steel support for anchoring.

• The control system is of modular type.
  
• Each central unit can contain a maximum of three modules (24 probes).
  
• Each point has four action values and two alarm values.
  
• The first page of the display shows all the values of oxygen.
  
• Other physical parameters may be included in the system such as salinity, temperature, pH, ….
  
• Each PLC may be connected to a Personal Computer with a serial RS-485 cable.
  
• A maximum of 99 PLCs may be connected.
